Your personal data will be processed by SKC Karbon Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("SKC Karbon" or "Company") as the data controller in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law") within the scope of the purposes described below.

2) PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data collected;
- Ensuring physical space security,
- Providing information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations,
- Creation and follow-up of visitor records,
- In order to follow up requests and complaints, personal data will be processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
3) TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data processed within the scope of the purposes described within the scope stipulated by the legislative regulations; It may be transferred to legally authorized Public Institutions and Organizations within the country for the purposes of carrying out the activities in accordance with the legislation.
SKC carbon does not transfer your personal data abroad.
4) COLLECTION METHOD AND LEGAL GROUNDS
Your personal data is collected by means of electronic tracking and access systems (e.g. card access systems, camera records) through the document declared and submitted by the person concerned.
It is collected in order to carry out our activities, to comply with the provisions of the legislation and to improve the services we offer based on the legal reasons of our legitimate interest and to carry out our commercial activities.
Your personal data collected with the specified methods and legal reasons may be processed and transferred within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and the purposes of the data processing conditions specified in Articles 2 and 3 of this text.
5) WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AS A PERSONAL DATA OWNER?
As a personal data owner, you may have information about the following rights and exercise these rights by applying to our Company in accordance with the procedure stipulated in Article 6 of this text in accordance with the regulation in Article 11 of the Law.
- To learn whether personal data is processed or not,
- Request information if personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically and abroad,
- To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law and other relevant laws, to request notification to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, to demand the compensation of the damage.

- By registered letter with return receipt to SKC Karbon Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.'s Yassıören Mahallesi Hifa Sokak No:4/2 Arnavutköy/ İSTANBUL address with wet signature and copy of identity card,
- Through a notary,
- By applying to Skc Karbon Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in person with a valid identity document,
- You can send it to Skc Karbon Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. by sending it to our registered e-mail address [email protected] using registered electronic mail (KEP) address and secure electronic signature or mobile signature.
Pursuant to the Communiqué dated March 10, 2018 on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, the application of the Data Subject must include the name, surname and signature if the application is in writing, T.R. Identity number for citizens of the Republic of Turkey, nationality, passport number or identification number, if any, for foreigners, residential or workplace address for notification, e-mail address, telephone and fax number, if any, for notification, and the subject of the request.
The Relevant Person must clearly and comprehensibly state the matter requested in the application, which includes explanations regarding the right he/she will make to exercise the above-mentioned rights and which he/she requests to exercise. Information and documents regarding the application must be attached to the application.
